“The Ned is a five-star establishment in the City of London, recognised as one of London’s most ambitious launches of the decade with its 250 bedrooms, eleven restaurants, six private event spaces, spa, gym and members’ club. During my time at Soho House, I had the opportunity to support The Ned’s communication and marketing team with art direction and design. As part of the marketing campaign to launch The Ned, I designed and art directed a set of brochures and played a pivotal role in the conception and development of the quarterly broadsheet-style newspaper, which is published and distributed throughout The Ned and surrounding areas of London. I formulated the initial editorial identity and art direction for photography and illustration – celebrating the rich history of its Grade I listed building in the City of London. The Ned has been nominated for several design awards.”
